Shipping:

Orders are sent out by Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail Second Class Royal Mail Standard Parcels or Courier depending on size and weight.

We do not offer a guarenteed same day dispatch or next day delivery however we do always try to process & dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

All prices shown exclude shipping unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges are calculated by weight and are added to your order total during the checkout process.

Returns:

Livestock should you be unhappy with your order please contact us in the first instance to discuss returns and replacements. In some cases we might need the animal in question returned or photographs.

With Equipment and Dry Goods we honour all warranties given by the manufacturers but the item must be returned to us for inspection prior to any replacement or refund being given.

In the event of Equipment and Dry Goods being faulty, we will bear the cost of shipping a replacement once the faulty goods have been received by us.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
